On 28 September 2023, the 18th bridge engineering conference will take place. Organised by the association Bauforumstahl e.V., the event provides a platform for the exchange about current developments in large-scale bridge engineering. During various lectures, selected experts will discuss different subjects – this year features amongst other topics the “replacement of road bridge Henningsdorf, sustainability and digitalisation as well as modular construction.
One of the experts on modular construction, holding a lecture about modular composite bridge engineering, will be Dr.-Ing. Thomas Lechner, head of the final design department steel bridges at SSF’s headquarters in Munich.
