18th Bridge Engineering Symposium

Experience reports on bridge design and new construction methods by Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Joachim Casper, head of the steel engineering department, Dr. Günter Seidl, head of the research and development department and Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Danders, head of the SSF branch in Halle.

On the 6th and 7th of February, the publishing house Wiederspahn invited to its 18th Bridge Engineering Symposium in Leipzig

 

From SSF Ingenieure Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Joachim Casper together with BD Dipl.-Ing. Tobias Bäumler from the Authority of Motorways North Bavaria reported on the "mono-arc as gate to the Spessart" – a bridge design with recognition value.

 

Prof. Dr. hab. inz. Wojciech Lorenc, Technical University Breslau, Dr. Günther Seidl,  SSF Ingenieure AG, and Dipl.-Ing.  Andreas Danders, SSF Ingenieure AG, held a lecture about the development and application of "composite dowel strip in bridge engineering". 

 

The event took place at the Westin Hotel in Leipzig.
