Last Friday, SSF Ingenieure presented itself with a stand at the Career Day. The recruiting and relations fair gave potential applicants the possibility to reach out to Germany’s leading family businesses. The unique working atmosphere in family businesses, often characterised by flat hierarchies, creative leeway and individual development opportunities, makes them an attractive employer for job applicants. This is where the Career Day comes into play to connect qualified professionals and leaders with family businesses.
As value-driven, familial company, it was important to us to present ourselves at the Career Day as an employer who appreciates and supports its staff. We were happy to see that many visitors at our stand took interest in us and our company culture.
