Since several years composite dowel strips are in the focus of intense investigations at several universities. The German approval of the composite dowel “Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung” defines design rules for the practical application.
The idea is to organize a workshop to get an overview of the state of the art of composite dowels. The “Forschungsvereinigung für Stahlanwendung” (FOSTA) supports the workshop which will be organized on 26th/27th of November in SSF Berlin Branch.
