Into neighbourhood to the Bavarian State Opera the last great gap between the buildings in the Maximilianstrasse was closed with the new buildings of the Marstallplatz.
The building is subdivided into three separate main bodies with a different use: the rehearsal and operation building for the Bavarian State Opera, the Maximilianhof as a new office building and, the new building of the Bürkleinbaus along the Maximilianstraße.
