Bridge over the River Salzach
Prefabricated steel bridge with a high level of design and structural quality

56
metres of bridge length
With a bridge solution that combines economy, functionality, and design.
Features a consistent modular design
- To improve flood protection, a new bridge with a larger clear span over the River Salzach was needed on the road connecting Zell am See and Kaprun
- The new flyover is a trough structure in composite construction. VFT/rolled steel girders in concrete slabs and an in-situ concrete supplement form the track supporting layer
- π slabs with external hot-dip galvanised reinforcement are used as prefabricated parts
