Tunnel renovation for more capacity
- The possible temporary increase from six to eight lanes will reduce congestion times on the heavily used route and expand the capacity of the tunnel.
- The Allach Tunnel will be upgraded or partially renewed as part of this project. Associated with this are various engineering interventions and a comprehensive chloride remediation.
