The article in the June 2015 issue of EI-Eisenbahningenieur, written by the SSF engineers Torsten Schwenke and Torsten Brenner and Projektrealisierungs GmbH U5, describes the new construction of three underground stations and two tunnel tubes in the historical centre of Berlin between Alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg Gate.
