On May 30th, 2011, the Parliamentary Secretary of State at the German Ministry of Transport, Andreas Scheuer inaugurated together with Franz Josef Pschierer, Bavarian Secretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, the newly built replacement bridge over the Danube in Günzburg, which is part of federal highway B16.
