At the Autumn Conference 2013 held by AHO the committee of German architects and engineers associations and chambers, on December 12th, 2013 in Berlin, the official scale of fees for services by architects and engineers HOAI was the focus of attention. The participants of the top-flight panel discussion titled ‘What does the HOAI 2013 mean in practice?’, presented by Professor Hans Lechner, discussed numerous questions regarding the interpretation of the HOAI 2013. One of the participants was Dipl.-Ing. Victor Schmitt, member of SSF Ingenieure AG’s supervisory board.
