New Warehouse Construction in Halle (Saale)

Neubau einer Lagerhalle in Halle (Saale)

18. June 2025

Steel assembly started

Hallesche Verkehrs-AG plans the construction of a new warehouse in the context of their tramway modernisation. The warehouse is part of the operational infrastructure intended for the use of the new ultra-modern TINA tram cars. The unheated warehouse is planned as a steel construction with sandwich panel façade.

In April construction started on site in a very narrow construction field inside the factory premises. After successful preparation of the construction field and installation of the foundation components, assembly of the prefabricated steel frame started. The next steps include assembly of roof and facade elements as well as the 1,450 m2 large floor slab.

Together with HAVAG we are looking forward to the use of the new tram cars.
