SSF colleagues visit the Bundeswehr University Munich at the invite of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Max Spannaus
On 24 July, 16 of SSF Ingenieure‘s colleagues had the opportunity to visit the workshop for structural engineering at the Bundeswehr University Munich. As an introduction and expert exchange, the visit started with very interesting lectures by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Geralt Siebert, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Braml and three recent graduates.
During the facilities tour, the participants gained interesting insights into current research and tests at the workshop as well as into modern test procedures and developments in structural engineering. The direct exchange provided the opportunity to combine research with practice and to learn about new perspectives.
During a lunch on campus, the discussions continued in a relaxed atmosphere.
Lastly, the day concluded with a tour around the outside grounds.
