SSF cares for climate
Sustainability is important to us, and we have always been committed to resource-saving planning. In view of the worsening climate crisis, we want to do even more and have thus decided to set up an internal working group on sustainability. Eight working groups are dedicated to various key topics that enable us and the property developers to better evaluate projects in terms of their economic, ecological and social impact and to develop strategies for sustainable action within the company.

Innovations and milestones for over 50 years
Munich
Founding location and company headquarters: Our head office is located in Parkstadt Schwabing in the north of Munich and has good public transport connections.
Here we work on around 5,400 m² over four floors. Nearby restaurants and shopping facilities offer plenty of variety for the lunch break. Regular employee events such as our ski day in winter and after-work get-togethers, sports groups, and table football and table tennis help enrich our team spirit and give us new energy for our project work.
Berlin
Site since 1991: in a former tobacco factory. Central location in Prenzlauer Berg surrounded by old buildings and lively squares – with a view of Kastanienallee and a location advantage: Cafés, restaurants, Mauerpark, and the Berliner Prater beer garden.
Working environment: three floors for a great team. Employee events, sports programmes, and many other joint activities.
Halle
Founded in 1991: super central in the Paulus quarter with good public transport connections.
Working environment: a team with a great track record. Plus: Community moments not only at work but also at employee events or sporting events such as the Leipzig company run.
Düsseldorf
In 2016, we moved from Cologne to Düsseldorf. Real location advantage: shopping and restaurant facilities within walking distance and “Königsallee” and the central railway station are only 300 m away.
Working environment: a team for successful projects on the Rhine and Ruhr. On course for growth with commitment and a sense of community.
Hamburg
SSF “northern lights” and our newest site. Bright office space in a central location in a listed office block. In 2022, we started here with three employees. We currently have a large team and are on course for success with exciting projects in the north.
Regensburg
In eastern Bavaria since 2017: in the centre of the old town in a beautiful old building atmosphere in lively Regensburg.
Working environment: a small team for big tasks. The collaboration? All the more personal and collegial – whether for projects or employee events.
